Little Acorns - Preschool
Preschool care for children aged 2-4 years
Set in St. John's Church Hall in the centre of Halesowen, Little Acorns Preschool offers quality Ofsted registered childcare for children aged 2-4 years.Â
Little Acorns has a team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the setting. They plan and provide an enriching variety of activities for the children and log the children's progress using an online learning journey.
Our parents are a very important part of the preschool and we hold regular activity mornings, progress updates and inspire sessions. We pride ourselves on having strong links with the local community as well as other professional agencies.
Little Acorns benefits from a private secure outside area and children are given the opportunity to venture out every day. We have a strong focus on the outdoors, utilising the changing seasons to learn and experiment.
Little Acorns - Breakfast and After School Club
Wraparound care for the children of Halesowen CofE Primary.
Our breakfast and after school club runs Monday to Friday in line with the named schools. Breakfast club opens at 7:30am and offers a range of hot and cold breakfast options including pastries, cereal, beans on toast and cereal bars.
After school club runs from the end of School until 5:50pm. Children are provided with a healthy snack and drinks.Â
The team of qualified and experienced staff provide a host of activities and children are provided with a wide selection of toys, games and craft supplies. The outdoor area is also available for the children to let off some steam after school.
The children are asked for regular feedback and the planning reflects their interests.
