Answers You Need

Do you offer funded places?

Yes. We accept Time for Twos, 30 hour and universal funding.

Do you accept childcare voucher schemes?

Yes. We are registered with most available schemes already but if you use a scheme that we are not currently registered with, please speak to a member of staff and we will endeavour to register with them.

What age does preschool take children from?

We take children from 2 years.

How many children can you have per staff member?

We operate a 1:4 ratio for children aged 2-3 years and a 1:8 ratio for children aged 3+ years.

Do your staff members have First Aid training?

Yes. All of our staff have Paediatric First Aid training and this is renewed every 3 years.

Can you offer ad hoc places?

Yes, if we have availability we can offer ad hoc places. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.

My child has allergies, can you cater for them?

Yes. We are able to offer places for children with allergies and dietary requirements. Staff training may be required prior to your child's start date if emergency medication is prescribed.

Do you charge for Bank Holidays, Holidays or sickness?

We do not charge for Bank Holidays or voting days. We do charge for sickness and holidays. This is required to hold you child's place.
